Thigh-High Challenge

A couple weeks ago I put the challenge to you, dear readers, to put an outfit together with how YOU would wear thigh-high socks. We got a few very cute and wearable outfits, but one stood out the most for it's creativity. Julie of Orchid Grey came up with the clever idea of layering the socks over skinny jeans...
