Do you ever buy yourself a birthday present or a special little gift-to-self for accomplishing/celebrating something?
I've been known to treat myself on my birthday... And with the big 3-1 right around the corner, I am thinking it might finally be time to pull the trigger on the most perfect pair of black ballet flats (because every woman should have a pair!) AND I could actually wear them if the weather would ever get nice again (sorry, think the Portland weather is getting to me).
